While the 2011 ASP Women's Longboard World Title was being decided in the faraway land of China, Jettygirl met up with three-time women's longboard world champion Cori Schumacher at her home break in Cardiff, California. Cori already surfs with beautiful style but add a special single fin surfboard shaped by Ashley Lloyd and it adds a whole new dimension to Cori's surfing.
The Portland crew loaded up at 2:30am from Rip City Skate and set off for 7 days with 7 passengers for the epic hills of Santa Barbara and San Francisco, and everything in between. Team rider Jack took a trip down to Southern California to skate with Loaded legend, Kyle Chin, and some other rad locals. Born in Newcastle, Australia she started surfing at 14 and was schooled in the ways of surfing by the dredging shorebreak, overhead south swells and local lineup at Bar Beach. In 2000, Belinda won a national title as the 2000 Australian Professional Longboard Circuit Champion and the same year she placed third in the Womens World Longboard Championships in Costa Rica.
